Weekend Mindfulness & Meditation; Retreat with an internationally renowned meditation teacher, author and scientist Dr. Alan Wallace.

Dr. Alan Wallace has been a key member in many Mind & Life collaboration meetings with the Dalai Lama and groups of leading scientists in social, emotional, and cognitive psychology and neuroscience. Together they strive to build a deeper understanding of methods and practices to nourish healthy and positive qualities of mind throughout society.

During this weekend Dr. Alan Wallace will teach:
- Three practices of mindfulness meditations, which are an effective approach to soothing the body and calming the discursive mind
- Advanced meditation techniques for settling the mind in its natural state
- How to meditate the Four Immeasurable Qualities of the Heart

Fees for Mindfulness & Meditation Weekend

Price for private persons: 240 Euro (VAT included)

Price for companies: 330 Euro (+ VAT 23%will be included to the price)
